Hiring Salesforce Technical Lead - Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the salesforce solutions including the creation of technical requirements, solution design and architecture, and all other technical documentations.
- Perform solution design and development in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial services cloud and Salesforce development platform.
- Develop and support various Salesforce integrations with other systems in an enterprise landscape.
- Lead and participate in software design meetings and analyze customer needs to determine technical requirements.
- Perform development, code reviews, testing and deployment related tasks in collaboration with project teams.
- Conduct technical training, knowledge transfer, and develop technical playbook/runbook for the technical team.
- Develop Salesforce integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the Salesforce API, APEX, Aura and Lightning Web Components.
- Lead developer and architect for developing custom Salesforce solutions using the modern technology landscape including Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Visualforce platforms. Telecommuting permitted.
Requires Master’s Degree, Computer Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
